“Thank goodness I had Arabella to help me through the process of selling my old family home. The house had been in the family for 120+ years through four generations and it was apparent that nothing had ever been thrown out during that time – just hidden away. Additionally, she was dealing with three absentee owners.
Arabella worked with me for the best part of 9 months, organising absolutely everything associated with decluttering and preparing the house and relevant outdoor buildings for viewings pre-sale. She suggested and introduced the auctioneer who handled the sale of all the contents, overseeing every aspect of the preparation for those viewings, the viewings themselves and the eventual auction. Arabella organised the skips, removal to charity and brought in experts to look at certain items she felt might be of special value. She also got quotes for and organised the storage of those items I wanted to keep. There was nothing she wouldn’t tackle and if she didn’t know the answer (hardly ever!) she found out. Her attention to detail is extraordinary. When I was out of the country she kept me informed by e-mail, text and telephone. When I was in Ireland she followed up all our meetings with an e-mail reminder of what we had discussed, knowing that she had to keep my head on straight for me. Arabella was understanding of my emotional involvement but never let that get in the way and just got on with the job in hand. When things went sideways (which they did!) she didn’t panic, just got it sorted.
Arabella is totally client driven. She is incredibly efficient; confident and firm but never bossy, and never anything other than totally respectful. An absolute God send. Quite simply, there is no one better and I couldn’t have done it without her.

Arabella recently helped us when we had to empty our mother’s house.
